As a native Pasadenan, I've had the pleasure of visiting countless cafes and coffee shops around town. But if you ask me about my favorite spot for a warm cup of joe, it's got to be Tiffany's Coffee at 263 E Colorado Blvd.
Now, before I dive into why this place is so special, let me share an adventure that almost kept me from reaching the cafe in the first place. One sunny day, as I was cruising along Colorado Boulevard, I came across a strange traffic jam caused by none other than a group of enthusiastic squirrels who had decided to play a game of "chicken" right in the middle of the road! It took a while for the little critters to realize that their fun and games were disrupting my coffee-fueled routine, but eventually, I managed to navigate around them and make it to Tiffany's Coffee.
Once inside, I was greeted by the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. But what truly sets this cafe apart from others is their dedication to serving high-quality coffee that's sourced from ethical suppliers. Each cup of coffee at Tiffany's is brewed with care, and I can assure you that the first sip will leave your taste buds dancing with delight.
One unforgettable experience I had at Tiffany's Coffee involved a peculiar visitor who stumbled into the cafe one day. As I was sipping my latte, I noticed an old man with disheveled hair and a worn-out suit, clutching a tattered newspaper. He seemed out of place among the trendy crowd, and it wasn't long before he began muttering to himself about some secret conspiracy involving the Illuminati and the Freemasons.
Sensing that things were getting a bit tense, I decided to intervene and offer the man a seat. But just as I was trying to strike up a conversation with him, a police officer suddenly appeared at the entrance of the cafe. It turned out that the old gentleman had been reported missing by his family earlier in the day, and they were relieved to find him safe and sound at Tiffany's Coffee. The police officer thanked me for my kindness before escorting the man back home, leaving behind a sense of relief and gratitude that lingered long after they left.
In conclusion, if you ever find yourself craving some delicious coffee in Pasadena, look no further than Tiffany's Coffee at 263 E Colorado Blvd. Not only will you be greeted by warm smiles and mouth-watering aromas, but you may just stumble upon a heartwarming story or two that will make your day even brighter. And who knows – maybe you'll even avoid a squirrel-induced traffic jam along the way!
While I respect Bennett Collier's opinion and his love for Tiffany's Coffee, I must admit that my personal experience was quite different from his. As someone who prefers their coffee with a touch of bitterness, I found the brew at Tiffany's to be too sweet and lacking in depth. Furthermore, the atmosphere felt overly warm and crowded during peak hours, leaving me feeling claustrophobic instead of cozy.
Moreover, the story of the old man with disheveled hair and a worn-out suit clutching a tattered newspaper is intriguing but also concerning. I cannot help but wonder if the staff at Tiffany's Coffee should have intervened earlier or called for professional assistance to handle such a potentially volatile situation.
In my opinion, there are other coffee shops in Pasadena that offer better quality coffee and a more welcoming atmosphere without the risk of encountering unpredictable scenarios. While I appreciate Bennett Collier's sentiment about Tiffany's Coffee being a special place for him, it's not the ideal spot for me to satisfy my caffeine fix or spend quality time with friends.

I recently visited Cafe 86 at 36 W Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105, United States, and had quite an experience there. I was there long time ago with my brother and thought it would be the perfect spot for a casual catch-up. Little did we know that our plans to chat and share some laughs would soon be hindered by one of the most frustrating issues of all - weak Wi-Fi.
I understand that as a cafe, Cafe 86 is primarily focused on providing food and drinks but in this digital age, strong connectivity is a necessity. People often work remotely or just need to stay connected while they take a break from their day jobs, making free Wi-Fi a crucial component of any cafe's offerings.
Unfortunately, the experience at Cafe 86 left us feeling let down and disconnected. We found it difficult to use our devices without constant interruptions, which made it hard to stay focused on our conversation. As a result, we couldn't truly enjoy each other's company in a way that would have been possible with better connectivity.
I hope Cafe 86 considers the importance of strong Wi-Fi in today's world and invests in improving this aspect of their service. A little improvement could go a long way in making their patrons feel more satisfied, connected, and comfortable during their visits.

I grew up in Pasadena and have been visiting La Grande Orange Cafe since my childhood. This time, I decided to go there after a visit to the Norton Simon Museum, which is just a few blocks away from this restaurant. The journey was quite pleasant as I walked through beautiful gardens of the museum and then followed the well-paved path that took me directly to the restaurant. La Grande Orange Cafe never disappoints! They still serve mouthwatering food with a perfect blend of flavors, and the ambiance is so charming that you would love to spend hours there. I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Pasadena.

I still remember the day when my brother and I decided to visit Peet's Coffee located at 605 S Lake Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106, United States. The thought of sipping a warm cup of coffee on a chilly winter afternoon seemed like a delightful idea. Little did we know that our visit would turn into a nightmare that would haunt us for days to come.
As soon as we walked through the doors, we were greeted with the familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee beans. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, which initially made us feel at ease. However, our sense of tranquility was quickly shattered when we approached the counter to place our order.
We had barely uttered the words "two lattes, please" when a cacophony of voices erupted from behind the counter. It seemed as if the baristas were engaged in some sort of demonic ritual, their hands moving frantically as they attempted to prepare an endless stream of beverages.
We patiently waited in line, our anticipation growing with every passing second. But as we inched closer to the front, a sense of dread began to take hold. The air was thick with tension, and it felt as if the very walls were closing in around us. It was then that we noticed something odd about the other patrons.
They all seemed to be moving in slow motion, their faces contorted into expressions of sheer terror. As we made our way to an empty table, we couldn't help but feel that we were being watched – that unseen eyes were following our every move.
We finally reached the front of the line and placed our order, only to be met with more frustration. The barista looked at us with a mixture of confusion and disdain as if we had disturbed his eternal slumber. We could see the impatience in his eyes, but he made no effort to hurry along the process.
As we waited for what seemed like an eternity, our thoughts turned to darker places. What if this was some sort of supernatural curse? Would we ever be able to leave this place alive? The anxiety threatened to consume us as we clung to one another for comfort.
At long last, our lattes arrived – or rather, they attempted to arrive. The barista's movements were so slow and deliberate that it was as if he were performing some sort of ancient ritual. His hands moved with a disturbing lack of urgency as the steam from the milk swirled around him like ghostly apparitions.
As we finally made our way back to our table, we couldn't help but feel as though we were being pursued. Every step seemed to take forever, and the weight of the darkness that surrounded us grew heavier with each passing moment.
We sat down and tried to enjoy our lattes, but it was impossible. The sweet taste of the coffee was overshadowed by the fear that had taken hold of us. We couldn't shake the feeling that something was watching us – that unseen eyes were following our every move.
As we finished our drinks and prepared to leave, we could hear the whispers of the other patrons once more. It was as if they were all warning us not to return – that this place held dark secrets that were best left undisturbed.
We made our way back out into the cold winter air, grateful to be free from the oppressive atmosphere of Peet's Coffee. But even as we walked away, we couldn't help but feel that something was still watching us – that the darkness had seeped into our very souls.
And so, I write this review as a warning to all who dare to enter the forbidden realm of Peet's Coffee at 605 S Lake Ave, Pasadena, CA 91106, United States. For within its walls lies a terror that cannot be contained – a darkness that threatens to consume those who fall prey to its sinister allure.
