As a loyal customer of Rosa's Coffee, I must say that my experience at the location in Garland, Texas was quite disappointing. My wife and I visited this place some time ago and we were looking forward to enjoying our favorite cup of coffee while catching up on each other's day. The staff seemed overwhelmed and appeared to be understaffed. It took us over 20 minutes just to place our order. And then another 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We could see other customers getting their orders much before ours which made the wait even more unbearable.
While I appreciate the cozy ambiance and the friendly staff at Rosa's Coffee, the slow service left a sour taste in our mouths. It's not something we would want to experience again. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to managing crowd and serving customers promptly.
